Description

The workshop deepens again the handling of the TFP-specific strategies and the tactical approach, as it typically shows in the later treatment phase: The focus is on (1) dealing with the consequences of identity development, (2) the change of progressive and regressive phases and their indicators, (3) the transfer to everyday life, (4) and maintaining technical neutrality. Another focus will be on updating certain dyads to ward off deeper threatening dyads.

The TFP curriculum is recognized at the following institutes: • Specialist training (TP) with recognition of the TFP supervisor by the medical association as TP supervisor • Michael Balint Institute (MBI) under consultation with the training and further education committee of the AfP • CME points from medical and psychotherapist chambers of theory and small group supervision
