If you wish to become a member of the ISTFP, please select the desired membership below and then create your profile and login. Yearly membership dues are €70 for full members and €35 for students* and members who are retired and may be paid with credit card or bank transfer.

- Please use the Roman alphabet
- Do not use an email address in the username field (because that address could change in the future).
- If your business/practice or another person or organization is making payment for your membership, please indicate the name in the Payer field as it will appear in PayPal, on credit card payment, or on bank account payment.
- *A “student” is a person whose primary activity is studying toward a degree. If you are contemplating taking the student/retired discount, please review the criteria in advance of doing so. If you apply as a student or retired, you will be contacted by the Executive Officer to request supporting documentation.
- Those persons completing ISTFP training toward TFP certifications are considered “regular” members.
- We thank those “retired” members who have completed their careers and choose to continue to support the ISTFP.
- You will be brought to the Stripe payment portal. You will be offered payment options based on those services available in your country. If you are offered Bank Transfer, please select Euros as the currency.
- Please note: paying by bank transfer is costly for non-EU countries because of high transaction fees. We request that you pay with credit card. Or, if you pay by bank transfer, please pay the fee(s).
- You will be brought to the Membership Confirmation page after payment where you can review your Order information.

- New applicants must be approved for membership by our Executive Officer. You will be notified when your application for membership has been approved. Time to approval is uncertain and depends on how timely your colleagues may respond to Executive Officer inquiry. This process may take up to 5 weeks and during that time you may be contacted by the Executive Officer to request additional information. You will be notified by email when you can access all member content. If not approved, you will be contacted by a member of our Board and your payment will be refunded within approximately one month.
Conversion to your currency (if necessary) will be calculated by Stripe. For example, on 11-December 2025, the €70 membership was $81.90 US dollars.
