Members
The ISTFP collects and uses personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted.
We store the personal contact information of medical professionals who have opted to become members of this website and the ISTFP organization. The information is stored in the website’s database so that you will have access to additional pages not presented to the general public when you are logged in. We use “cookies” in the membership system. You are free to decline these cookies by setting your browser accordingly; however, refusing the cookies will prevent the proper recording of your yearly membership payments.
Your username, name, and/or email address are also stored in 1) listserv software used by Board members and 2) MailPoet and Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) email software used by webmaster(s) in order to contact you and facilitate the purposes of the organization. As part of your membership, you have been subscribed to these communication methods.
Your name and email may be shared with the third party voting software OpaVote for purposes of ISTFP elections.
