INFORMATION | REGISTRATION

Description

In this second seminar, we will describe the elements to consider when establishing the therapeutic framework. Borderline organization and certain psychopathological aspects require particular attention to the therapeutic framework to ensure that the therapeutic process can unfold effectively and facilitate meaningful changes in treatment. We will explore how working on the therapeutic framework helps establish an alliance and a climate of trust, as well as how resistances manifest, particularly through negotiations and challenges to the therapeutic contract. Additionally, we will discuss the work on transference during the initial phase of treatment, the maintenance of technical neutrality, and potential deviations from it.
