Description
TFP is a manualized, evidence-based, disorder-oriented psychotherapy procedure for the treatment of borderline pathologies and other personality disorders. TFP is based on a contemporary psychoanalytic object-relationship theory as proposed by Otto F. Kernberg and his New York group. In addition, it takes into account the latest empirical findings and research results from developmental psychology,
Affect and attachment research, neurobiological research, trauma theory and Psychotherapy Research.
The further development of the personality structure is a central concern of the TFP method to sustainably improve the quality of life of those affected. That concludes the improvement of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, self-harm or self-harm Behavior, suicidality, insufficient control over impulsive behavior, chaotic Way of life.
We attach particular importance to the fact that all seminar topics are also discussed from the point of view of Particularities in the treatment of children and adolescents are discussed. one of my own
The main focus of the TFP for children (TFP-K) and adolescents (TFP-A) is working with the frame of reference of these patients.

17/6/23 Treatment technique 1, strategy and dyad interpretation
16/9/23 Treatment technique 11, transference/countertransference, dealing with negative transference, therapy discontinuation
9/12/23 Treatment technique 111, technical neutrality, interpretive work, dealing with difficult ones treatment situations
20/1/24 Early treatment phase: setting and acting
3/16/24 Intermediate phase of treatment: oscillating between integration and regression
5/25/24 Superego Pathology
6/7/24 narcissism
9/14/24 Trauma, deficit and conflict
2/11/24 Completion phase: Peculiarities when completing TFP treatments
A further six dates in 2025 are planned with in-depth study and current topics
(e.g. early defense mechanisms such as splitting and projective identification, problems of integration, suicidality, special challenges such as antisocial behavior etc.). Subject to change.
