Otto F. Kernberg, MD Otto F. Kernberg was elected as Honorary President of the ISTFP by the membership assembly on October 15, 2016. He is the founder of TFP and developed Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) together with his colleagues at the Presonality Disorders Institute of Cornell University, New York.
